Handles repairs and improvements of vacant homes, occupied dwellings, and health pavilion. Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by Oak Hammock.Maintenance Tech Job Qualifications and RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Specialized training, certification, licensure or schooling preferred.2 -3 years of residential or commercial experience.Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing.Valid Florida Driver's License with good driving record.This individual will need to be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a diverse senior population.All applicants must complete and pass a Level II Background Check and Drug Screening.
