Position Overview: We are looking to expand our team with a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician. This role is ideal for someone who excels at hands-on work, takes pride in solving maintenance issues, and enjoys working independently. - Maintenance and Repairs: Diagnose and resolve issues with appliances, heating, plumbing, lighting, and other in-home repairs.
- Quarterly Inspections: Perform regular property inspections to ensure all systems are functioning correctly.
- Guest and Owner Satisfaction: Ensure guests and property owners are satisfied with the outcome of all maintenance work.
- Independent Work: Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently without direct supervision.
Job Requirements: - Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance: Required for job-related travel.
- Reliable Vehicle: Necessary for commuting and transporting tools and equipment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop solutions to complex problems and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work well in a team environment and support the goals of other departments and coworkers.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in construction, home repair, appliance repair, or related skilled trades.
- Technical Skills: Ability to use email and track daily tasks in detail.
- Professionalism: Ability to interact with guests, owners, and coworkers in a friendly and positive manner, demonstrating a professional attitude.
Compensation and Benefits: - Starting Pay Rate: $30 - $32 per hour - based on experience
- Full-Time Position: Includes benefits, vacation, insurance, 401k, phone allowance, and fuel reimbursement for job-related mileage (or use of a company vehicle).
