Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic maintenance technician with 1+ year(s) of experience within carpentry, painting, or electrical work, in either commercial or residential settings. The role involves utilizing hand and power tools for the repair, maintenance, and upkeep of commercial properties. You will work in teams to complete apartment turnovers and major repairs, and you will need to report to and from different properties on a weekly basis.
Hard Skills - Experience in painting, electrical work, or carpentry
- Reliable transportation
- Access to basic hand and power tools (tool belt and drills/saws)
Pay $23-$28/hour, based on experience
Work Environment Commercial properties around Rochester (roughly 10 minutes away from each other). Working hours are from 7:00AM to 3:30PM.
