About the job: The Maintenance Technician supports the business by keeping the Broadway Plaza facility operating properly and repairing any problems when they are discovered. What you'll be doing:
- Perform general repairs to facility and equipment
- Ensure good water quality for boilers and chillers
- Daily check in and check out of guest rooms
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
- Complete daily work orders per guests or staff
- Snow removal in winter
- Other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
- May provide cross-training to staff.

About you:What you'll bring:
- High school diploma/vocational/GED required
- Have or be able to obtain CPO and special engineer boilers license within 6 months
What we are looking for:
- Prefer building maintenance experience but are willing to train
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
