Description: Our company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing team! Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, conduct preventative maintenance, and ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence are essential for success in this role. What you'll do:

  • Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and equipment repairs and regularly-scheduled maintenance.
  • Installation of new and replacement equipment, including required supporting infrastructure.
  • General housekeeping & technical support for building automation system, Automated Logic.
  • General cosmetic finish repairs, including but not limited to: drywall, epoxy paint, caulk and trim
  • General building maintenance, including but not limited to: commercial door repair, replacement of light fixtures, installation of benches & racking, installation or repair of security & access control systems, roof repairs.
About you:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Department of Federal Regulation restricts individuals with felony convictions relating to cannabis or assault.
  • Must be a proponent of medical cannabis.
  • General knowledge and hands-on experience working on a variety of HVAC systems, including packaged roof top units and large split systems.
  • General knowledge and hands-on experience working with high voltage electrical, including 480v, 3-phase.
  • General knowledge and hands-on experience working with standard plumbing systems.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a physically charged environment
  • Experience in operation of a variety of equipment and tools, such as forklift, scissor lifts, mowers, and snow removal equipment.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision, be able to multi-task and be a self-starter.
  • Knowledge of computer automation control systems
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a physically charged environment
  • Must be able maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
  • Must be able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)
  • Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions
  • Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)
Work Schedule:
  • 40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs.
  • Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
