**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
This is a 2nd shift maintenance technician role (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM). The individual will perform routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and inspections on plastic injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment. Responsibilities include routine fixture repair and facilities maintenance, working on grinders, presses, heaters, dryers, cranes, motors, and hydraulics/pneumatics. Additionally, the role involves working with 3-phase motors and 480v electrical systems.

**Work Site**
This is a fully on-site position in Vicksburg, Michigan.
**Work Environment**
Typical injection molding/automotive manufacturing environment. The plant can get warm in the summer and is considered dirtier due to the heavy usage of the injection mold area. However, it is very organized due to recent continuous improvement and kaizen initiatives. The shift is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday, with 5-10+ hours of overtime typical for the automotive industry. Pay ranges from $22-$28 an hour plus a 5% shift premium.
