Job Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing maintenance experience required.
- Knowledge of common maintenance practices and procedures.
- Electrical education/training.
- Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
- Ability to use meters and test equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours (3rd shift, 12:00am-8:00am)
- The physical requirements listed in this section include, but are not limited, to the motor/physical abilities and skills require of position in order to successfully undertake the essential duties and responsibilities of this position.
- Handling (holding, grasping).
- Wrist motion (repetitive, flexion, rotation).
- Seeing/depth perception.
- Lift 50 lbs.
- Push/pull 400 lbs.
- Stand 100% of shift.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support production of company products through the repair and maintenance of production machinery and facility.
- Test and troubleshoot various types of processing equipment.
- Perform building maintenance.
- Follow preventative maintenance schedule for processing equipment.
- Follow lockout/tag out procedures when performing maintenance on all machinery.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Follow GMP/HAACP procedures.
- Schematics.
- Testing equipment.
- Repair tools and equipment.
- Industrial equipment.
