Performs mechanical repairs to include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and HVAC. Performs preventative maintenance to ensure proper equipment operation. Ensures proper safety education and demonstrates knowledge of facility safety policies. Qualifications Education. High School diploma or GED preferred Experience 3 years' related work experience preferred 5 years HVAC systems and controls experience preferred 5 years plumbing experience preferred 5 years electrical experience preferred Other.
