Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionPerform repairs and preventive maintenance on food processing equipment, both mechanical and electrical. Responsibilities include breaking down machinery for cleaning and startup, with limited troubleshooting as machines are not running at night. Work within a CMMS system for PMs and work orders. End customers are Starbucks only. Night Shift technicians will perform 50% set up and tear down of equipment in a very fast-paced environment.
Hard Skills- Mechanical experience with pneumatics, power transmission, pulleys, chains, sprockets, drives, motors, conveyors
- Electrical experience or familiarity with control voltage; 24V and 3 phase up to 480V
- Experience in mechanical repairs including drives, motors, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Experience with building systems and basic utility repairs
- Experience in electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Knowledge of low and high-pressure hydraulics
- Knowledge and understanding of pneumatics
- Knowledge of mechanical repairs, drives, and motors
- Knowledge of industrial PLCs desirable
- Skills in electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and safety

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment1 Night Shift Opening (6pm-6am) on a 2/2/3 schedule. Flexibility on the schedule within reason with Maintenance team. Gowns and steel-toed boots provided, along with tools (both basic and specialty). Option to bring own basic tools. Training on the given shift after 1-2 days on daylight, with orientation starting at 8am or 9am for a couple of hours. Reporting to Ethan Redding. Pay: $26-$28 for Tech 1 level with a potential $.50 cent shift differential.
