In this critical role, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. We are looking for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude who is committed to operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Preventative and General MaintenancePerform routine maintenance on plant equipment, including centrifuges, conveyors, hammermills, pumps, gearboxes, and valves.Conduct minor electrical repairs and general maintenance tasks.Execute precision alignments, monitor heat sources, maintain pressure levels, replace belts, grease bearings, and ensure optimal oil levels.Record and analyze equipment readings to predict maintenance needs.Manage scheduled shutdown maintenance and service company equipment and vehicles.Install and upgrade new equipment as necessary.Equipment RepairDiagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, addressing issues such as leaks, unusual noises, odors, and vibrations.Provide welding, cutting, and fabrication services as needed.Collaborate with vendors on contract work when required.Safety ComplianceAdhere to all safety protocols and participate in regular safety meetings.Review Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and contribute to improving workplace ergonomics.Housekeeping and Grounds MaintenanceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in both the plant and surrounding grounds.Inventory ManagementAssist in tracking and managing maintenance inventory to ensure readiness and efficiency.Required Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial plant setting.Proficient in operating heavy machinery (e.g., telehandlers, forklifts, skid steers, front-end loaders, boom lifts, scissor lifts).Strong mechanical aptitude with basic plumbing skills.Ability to follow detailed instructions, adhere to standard operating procedures, and communicate effectively in basic English.Physical ability to climb stairs, work at heights up to 200 feet, and lift up to 50 pounds.Comfortable working with caustic chemicals and in varying temperatures and confined spaces.Willingness to wear respirator protection as required.Why Join Conestoga Energy Partners?Join a company committed to making a positive impact on the environment and the community.Work in a dynamic, innovative environment that values both tradition and forward-thinking solutions.Receive a competitive salary with opportunities for career growth and professional development.Equal Opportunity Employer:Conestoga Energy Partners is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
