Position: Maintenance Technician Location :W 13 mile & Stephenson Hwy Pay Rates:20-40$ (Depending on experience 1st Shift:7a-3p Some weekends & OT , ON CALL for emergencies SPECIFIC DUTIES (Essential Functions) Perform preventive maintenance on equipment Assist with general building and grounds maintenance responsibilities Assist with parts inventory and/or running parts as needed Insuring shop supplies are maintained at appropriate levels, and placing orders when necessary Assist with keeping the shop in top shape, including cleanliness, in order and running in an efficient manner Requirements: Minimum of 2 years industrial maintenance and electrical experience required Previous experience with lean thinking and standardization implementation Ability to properly use test equipment, heavy industrial shop tools and equipment, diagnose and trouble-shoot equipment malfunctions and systems failure Excellent problem analysis, and problem resolution skills Able to handle multiple, complex priorities and balance the needs of each according to business impact Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (prolonged physical exertions, including standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, kneeling, climbing and working in awkward positions and tight areas) required-skills: Requirements: Minimum of 2 years industrial maintenance and electrical experience required Previous experience with lean thinking and standardization implementation Ability to properly use test equipment, heavy industrial shop tools and equipment, diagnose and trouble-shoot equipment malfunctions and systems failure Excellent problem analysis, and problem resolution skills Able to handle multiple, complex priorities and balance the needs of each according to business impact Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (prolonged physical exertions, including standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, kneeling, climbing and working in awkward positions and tight areas) required-experience: Maintenance Technician
