You quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety. You have a strong work ethic and bring a positive, customer-centric approach to your work, whether it's responding to an emergency request, working through light construction projects or conducting regular inspections.In this role, you will...You coordinate and complete system and building repairs and preventative maintenance requirements in a timely manner.Your customers are pleased in how you respond to and complete work orders and projects.You provide ongoing assistance and support in all aspects of site operation and maintenance.What you'll bringMinimum of 2 years of experience in building/property maintenanceSolid working knowledge of HVAC systems/maintenance, electrical, plumbing, energy management systems and other building mechanical equipment.Experience with painting, drywall and light carpentry/construction projectsWorking knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systemsStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)Flexibility to be on-call to respond to after-hours / weekend emergency requests.A valid driver's license and clear motor vehicle record (MVR)Bonus Skills and ExperienceMinimum OSHA 10 hour - General Industry Safety Training is preferred.#LI-CH1#LI-OnsiteMake your next move an expert one and join us as we lead the industry into the future.Direct applicants only please, no agencies.Colliers provides equal employment opportunity to all persons.
