Maintenance TechnicianFull-Time We have a great opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our awesome Facilities Team. This individual provides a wide range of maintenance services to all residents throughout the facility. The Maintenance 2 team member possesses a higher level of skill than Level 1 within a selected craft (i.e., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more) to sustain, maintain, and improve, the overall performance of the Facility Services Department.
