With its most recent acquisitions, they are bolstering its status as one of the foremost landing gear, actuation and hydraulic system designers and manufacturers in the global aerospace industry.This Landing Gear Market specializes in the design, qualification, manufacture and repair and overhaul of landing gears and flight critical components to a customer base that extends from the OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) to the Operators in both the commercial and military markets.The Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains the facilities and the mechanical equipment.Areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to:- Sets up and operates machine and adjusts controls that regulate operational functions to ensure conformance to specifications- Installs, cleans, replaces, or changes machine parts, pumps and attachments, according to production specifications- Dismantles machine, removes machine parts, and reassembles machine, using hand tools, chain falls, jack, crane, or hoist- Repair leaks and replace piping (PVC, steel, and copper) when necessary- Change and calibrate process instruments (thermocouples, level sensors, conductivity probes, and so on)- Perform minor electrical repairs (AC & DC), read, and understand electrical prints and use a multimeter- Records and maintains production, repair, and machine maintenance information- Plan and perform preventive maintenance activities per pre-established scheduleFirst shift - $25 - $27/hour, plus overtime (3-5 hours per week minimum.)Medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, 401k with match, relocation assistance.
