In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility machinery while maintaining the plant equipment to optimize production. It is the market leader in technological innovation, pioneering the use of cutting-edge processing techniques in each material segment. - Change bearings, belts, and idler pulleys on trough-style conveyors- Clean and change pneumatic valves on optical sorting machines, and maintain work area- Communicate equipment issues with mechanics and supervisors from other shifts- General PM and repairs of bucket elevators and screw conveyor, forklifts, front end loaders and sweepers- Install facility machinery- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs- Perform checks and basic maintenance on Non-Ferrous Metal Detector- Complete daily maintenance and repair logs, and maintain preventive maintenance program (PM) for mechanical and electrical equipment- Rigging of motors, conveyor pulleys, and other heavy componentsOvertime available, medical, dental, vision, 401k.
