A division of one of North America's largest and most experienced manufacturers of metal building systems is looking for a Maintenance Technician. In this role you will be troubleshooting and repairing electrical, electronic as well as mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues pertaining to the machinery and equipment, including upgrades to wiring and conduit. They need someone who can analyze problems, tear down machinery and equipment, and replace or repair parts and reassemble. They need someone with the ingenuity to fabricate parts, designing, machining, and fabricating specialty parts for repairs that cannot typically be ordered.While this is an electro-mechanical role, and they would prefer someone with strong electronics or electrical experience as they are strong with mechanical candidates right now. You will be performing a wide variety or installation, maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment involving electrical, plumbing, mechanical and related trade activities, so be prepared to speak about any maintenance experience you have. They are also looking for candidates who are used to following prescribed safety rules and regulations, while still maintaining quality standards, as safety is something they take very seriously.They have an overnight position open right now that works from 6 pm to 6 am on a continental shift no rotating shifts between days and nights!Base salary plus bonuses that are based on production and team performance and great benefits.
