Our client is looking for maintenance technicians to join their growing team on 2nd and 3rd shift. As a maintenance technician you will be responsible for providing preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and the overall facility. This person will be an essential member of the maintenance team and expected to continue developing their skill sets into higher levels of responsibility.Basic electrical or mechanical skills and the willingness to continue developing skills is required.You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairs on electrical wiring, controls, conduit systems, emergency lighting systems, electronic motor devices and sensors, pumps, ovens, industrial machinery and robots, and other general industrial maintenance to include mechanics/electrical. Compensation for this role is unique. $20 - 22/hour plus overtime. They have a lucrative production bonus between 35 - 54 percent per month. The recent months have been around 40 percent.This is a 40% bonus of your 160 hours per month pay. They also have great benefits and 401k.
