This organization produces medical/surgical supplies, pharmaceutical supplies, diagnostic equipment, and personal care products. This is a huge market to enter, as making your way into a medical manufacturing organization is a fantastic way to spearhead your career and allow for unlimited growth.Your normal day to day activities will include conducting preventative maintenance, installing, and decommissioning machines as needed, repair broken parts, and work as a team to keep production going.This organization is focused on hiring veterans, so you will be around like-minded individuals and have others to bond with. Pay Rate: Maintenance Tech II $28 - $31/hour (Mechanical)Maintenance Tech III $30.50 - $33/hour (Mechanical/Electrical)Maintenance Tech IV $32.50 - $35.50/hour (Advanced Electrical)No Covid vaccination is required. PTO and 11 Paid Holidays. 401K with 4% match. Full benefits.Shift is 12 hours on nights to start when there is a day shift opening you can switch (4 days on 3 nights off and then rotate to 3 days on 4 nights off ensuring you get every other weekend off as well.) This shift enables you to only work 14 days a month, allowing for plenty of time off for a work/life balance.You will be hired for day shift work Monday through Friday 7am to 330pm for the first 6 months until you are fully trained on the machinery to go to nights.
