As a maintenance technician, they will depend on you to find problems on the production lines to prevent bottle necks or a complete breakdown. This role is more of an independent thinker versus a maintenance technician that conducts preventative maintenance tasks. Your new boss wants to find a maintenance technician that is proactive and ready to help improve the functionality of the new plant in Red Springs, NC. 10pm to 6am (Monday thru Friday).Base salary, plus 120 hours of PTO. 401k with a 4% match. Full medical, dental, vision. The bonus is based on company performance. Relocation is available if needed.
