We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician, to work in our Housing Office. As the Maintenance Technician, you would be responsible for:
+ Maintain agency owned/managed facilities
+ Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, dry wall, minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
+ Respond to emergency maintenance requests quickly and efficiently
+ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintenance Technician Minimum Salary: $20.00 per hour
Maintenance Technician Maximum Salary: $22.00 per hour
Maintenance Technician Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30am 4:30pm, there will be on-call shifts
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 1-3 years of experience
