**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with 3-5+ years of experience in Plastic Injection Machinery Troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in welding, fabrication, electrical troubleshooting, and hydraulic & pneumatic systems. The role requires proficiency in blueprint reading and experience with Fanuc Robotics. Under general supervision, the Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance activities, measure and analyze machine data, determine root causes of failures, and recommend resolutions. The maintenance team focuses on continuous improvement to enhance the reliability of machinery and equipment within the facility.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in New Baltimore, Michigan.

**Work Environment**

Climate-controlled plastic injection facility. The facility is large, very clean, and organized, with two buildings located next to each other in Chesterfield. It houses 50 presses, including Kawaguchi, Mitsubishi, Powerjet, and Roboshot, along with secondary equipment such as assembly machines and sonic welders. The facility also has 37 robots, including Sepro and Fanuc. It is not very loud, and communication is easy.
