Job Summary Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician. This person will handle maintenance at a multi-family community in Hamlin Park, Buffalo, and float to Hamburg and West Seneca as needed. Pay and Benefits
- $23-25/hour
- Weekly pay
- Monday-Friday 8:30pm-5:00pm w/ rotating on-call

Responsibilities
- Repairs/work orders including plumbing, drywall, painting, electrical, carpentry, and/or HVAC
- Turnovers/make-readies
- Preventative maintenance
- On-call emergency maintenance
- Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Skills
- Basic skills in painting, electrical, drywall, and plumbing
- Ability to complete a turnover independently
- HVAC knowledge including forced air, central air, and building-wide boiler systems (preferred)
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Personal and reliable mode of transportation
- Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Safely utilize power tools
- Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
