We are currently looking to fill a Maintenance Technician position for Basecamp at RED, our property located in Reno, NV.The Maintenance Technician ensures the property community meets safety, appearance and operational standards established by the organization.Essential Job Functions:Respond to resident requests for maintenanceMaintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the propertyComplete necessary repairs to building exteriors and common areas as assigned by Supervisor.Complete Unit TurnsPerform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance installation and repairAdhere to the company's safety program rules, attend safety meetings and performs all duties in a safe manner.
