Maintenance TechnicianResponsibilities:- Perform regular inspections and routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance- Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues that arise with production equipment- Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and safety standards- Calibrate and adjust equipment to ensure accuracy and consistency in production processes- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performanceJob RequirementsRequirements:- HS Diploma or GED- 1-2 years of experience working in a food environment as a Production or Industrial Mechanic Technician - Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)- Electrical trouble shooting knowledge on multiple voltages- Able to read electrical prints- Ability to maintain organization of maintenance schedule and files
