Think you've got the fix-it skills we need?Send your resume to our RPS Recruiters Rosalinda at ...@staffmanagement.com, Jen at ...@staffmanagment.com, Ethan at ...@staffmanagement.com and Melanie at ...@staffmanagement.com to learn more!Perks & Benefits Other on the spot perks Weekly paychecks Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options Medical / Dental Insurance 401k Paid Time Off $27.00 - $27.85/Hour Employment Type & Shifts Direct Hire 3rd Shift 2nd Shift Job ResponsibilitiesExperience as a journeyman machine repair, toolmaker, millwright or pipe fitter is preferred.Ability to read and understand hydraulic, pneumatic schematics and blueprints.General machine rebuilds skills required (spindles rebuild, replace bearings, replace hydraulic/pneumatic lines etc.)Knowledge of tool room equipment operation such as Bridgeport, Engine Lathe, Surface Grinder etc.Ability to manufacture minor components in the tool room is preferred.Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and/or cellular manufacturing is preferred.Knowledge of CNC control systems is a plus.G-Code programming knowledge is a plus.Key Qualifications/RequirementsGeneral welding skill is a plus.Basic knowledge and ability to use a personal computer.Knowledge of industrial facility codes and practices.Maintain world class safety practices.Participate in cross functional team meetings to perform problem solving activities.Mechanical troubleshooting of production machining operations such as broaching, turning, spline rolling, gauging, washing, milling, drilling, grinding and other general machining operations.Assist with set-up and changeover of production equipment, as necessary.Mechanical troubleshooting of automated material handling, conveyance devices and robotics.Minimal supervision required to make machine modifications after initial assignment and explanation of work required.Perform predictive and preventative maintenance. Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old
