COMPENSATION: $21 - $24/hour *depending on experience BENEFITS & PTO: Natural Retreats contributes to both employee and dependent premiums.15 vacation days9 holidays7 sick days5 NR Days with a $1,500 allowance to book a NR vacation home!Maternity AND Paternity LeaveMedical (Traditional PPO-style plans and High Deductible Plan w/ HSA) DentalVisionFlexible Spending Accounts (medical and dependent care) 401K retirement plan options with 3.5% company matchShort and Long Term Disability Insurance (100% company paid)Basic Life Insurance Policy of $50,000 (100% company paid)Supplemental Life Insurance (Employee, Spouse, Child)Cell phone $200 Annual Wellness BenefitESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist with the maintenance department's successful completion of the following diversified duties:Troubleshoot and/or maintain core home systems as well as basic repairs to interior and exterior of home aesthetics (i.e. painting, dry wall repair, basic construction, etc.)Move equipment, appliances, furniture, etc.Service hot tubsRemove items from home for disposalMaintain lawn, walkways, driveways, etc.Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test, and make adjustmentsPick up trashPerform regular preventative maintenance in homesPerform a variety of plumbing, maintenance, and carpentry functionsAssist housekeeping when neededPerform general maintenance pre-checks prior to owner or guest arrivalsEnsure the maintenance of buildings, grounds, homes, units, and other properties through determining and scheduling repairs, renovation projects, waste reduction improvements, and safety inspectionsManage inventory, monitor usage, and coordinate the purchasing of materials, supplies, tools, and housekeeping suppliesOperate a company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and professional mannerMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the company vehicleReport any maintenance issues and/or accidents immediatelyPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the Team Member for this job. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:REQUIREDHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a similar roleAbility to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and/or background screeningProficiency in technology such as cell phones and basic computer skillsWorking knowledge of and ability to use power toolsCurrent, valid driver's license with good driving record (Will be utilizing company vehicle)Ability to lift 75 lbs. and be active up to 85% of the work daySnow shovelingWeekend availabilityOn call availabilityAbility to work OT in the winter seasonDESIREDExperience with electrical, plumbing, mechanics, audio/visual and appliance repairHVAC Certification Experience in the hospitality industry *As part of our hiring process, we conduct pre employment background checks.
