Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance team member, the candidate will repair and troubleshoot food processing equipment to include, stuffers, vacuum pumps, mixers, grinders, packaging machinery, conveyors, hydraulic units, Multivacs, and ovens.This position provides emergency and routine maintenance support to the operations departments in an industrial/automated environment. - Successfully troubleshoot, install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment as directed.- Identify parts and supplies as needed to perform assigned tasks using manuals, catalog, and so on- Confer with operators and observers, tests, and evaluate the operation of machinery and equipment to diagnose cause of malfunction- Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs- Repair, replace, adjust, and align components of machinery and equipment orders or fabricates replacement parts- Test-run repaired machinery and equipment to verify adequacy of repairs- Record repairs, maintenance performed and machine maintenance information utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System$22 - $26 per hour with overtime, full benefits, potential for performance bonus.
