TRC's client is a global leader in manufacturing industrial coatings looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. Job Description:
- Perform installation, corrective maintenance or preventative maintenance/predictive maintenance on production equipment.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order tracking and closure.
- Train operators to perform autonomous maintenance tasks.
- Escalate complex situations to Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
- Continuously improve the level of housekeeping and implement 5S throughout the facility.
- Monitor machine spares for equipment and flag up shortages, obsolescence, and inventory requirements.
- Learn and implement advanced PdM techniques (thermographic imaging, ultrasonic, vibration analysis, oil analysis).
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in industrial systems, mechatronics, or equivalent field with 3 years of experience in manufacturing; or High School Diploma or GED with 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior work experience with PLCs and electrical maintenance
- Daily and weekend overtime may be required
- Must be willing to work altered shift schedules as needed to support the business
- Proficient in MS Suite
