Job DescriptionMarion Company in need of a Maintenance Technician: The Maintenance position needs to be a person with well-rounded maintenance skills including the following: Proven experience as a maintenance technician.Basic understanding of electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics systems. Basic Multi-meter skills.Read Mechanical blue prints MUST HAVECaliper Reading MUST HAVETape Measure MUST HAVEKnowledge of performing preventative and predictive maintenance.PLC knowledge a plus.Trouble shooting and problem solving skills a must.Knowledge and use of hand tools.Basic welding skills ( Mig welding/ Tig welding) a plus.Ability to fabricate.Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season.Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment.Great attendance is required.Good communication skills are required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
