**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Electrician**
**Job Description**
We are looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical services and equipment in accordance with applicable electrical codes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programmable logic controls (PLC), controllers, electrical components and devices, and a basic knowledge of robotic operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, repair, and maintain electrical services and equipment according to electrical codes.
+ Troubleshoot and program PLCs.
+ Work with robotic systems and ensure their proper functionality.
+ Perform electrical maintenance tasks including working with three-phase motors, motor controls, and other related equipment.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of manufacturing processes.
+ Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3-5 years of industrial maintenance/electrical experience.
+ Experience in PLC troubleshooting.
+ Knowledge of robotics.
+ Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.
+ Proficient in Allen-Bradley PLCs and motor control.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Electrician license.
+ Experience with Motoman robots.
+ Automotive maintenance experience.
+ 2-year technical degree preferred.

**Work Environment**
Work in a large forging manufacturing facility that produces crankshafts and knuckles. The facility is equipped with conveyors, stamping presses, heating elements, and robotics. The environment is hot, and the machines are older but well-maintained. The company has significantly improved safety standards and now averages 48 hours of work per week. Shifts include: 1st shift (6:40a-3p), 2nd shift (2:40p-11p), and 3rd shift (10:40p-7a).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, Kentucky.
