We are growing and have an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician.What you will be doing
- Prepare apartments for new move in's and complete make-ready process of vacant apartments
- Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas, including snow, bulk trash and debris removal when needed
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment
- Required to take emergency pager/phone after hours and responds to emergency calls on a rotating schedule
What you will bring along
- +2 years of experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing
- HVAC certification
- Valid EPA/Universal certifications are highly desired
- High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
- Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
