We are currently looking for Maintenance Team members to join the Lakeshore Sport & Fitness team. Candidates are required to have previous general maintenance experience with customer service experience a plus. You will be joining a team that is responsible for operations and upkeep of a 160,000 square foot athletics facility. The Operations Associate is responsibilities include
- performs minor maintenance and replaces lights, and switch/outlet plates
- Uses a power lift to perform some tasks up to 40 ft for bulb change outs, repairs, or high cleaning
- Ability to use ladder and perform light maintenance on rooftop
- Painting and small drywall repairs
- Take daily readings of pool chemicals log accordingly and monitors pool chemical levels.
- Walk facilities and report any equipment malfunctions
- Light plumbing repairs
- Manage individual work orders
Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum Two years' experience in Commercial building maintenance
- High school diploma or GED
