Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Roanoke, IN area . We're hiring for all shifts and the pay rate is $16.97/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
+ Remove dust dirt grease and waste material from machines
+ Change filters and make small repairs such as gondola wheels, restroom dispenser repairs, etc
+ Patch aisles and roadways
+ Paint or tape aisle and roadway striping both interior and exterior as assigned
+ Sign fabrication
+ Replace plaster or plaster board
+ Paint walls ceilings and trim of building
+ Furnish industrial maintenance repairer with materials tools and supplies as well as assistance
+ Clean work area tools and equipment
+ Move furniture
+ Dispose of used material red tag hazards
+ Hang mirror balls/diverters
+ Install ceiling tiles
+ Outdoor tasks including spreading gravel or small landscape jobs
+ Assist with kitting process maintain equipment such as scrubbers and walk behinds
