- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, carpentry, and cleaning.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
- Diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems to determine the best course of action.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure properties meet safety and quality standards.
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently, documenting all repairs and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with property management teams and external vendors as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained.
- Follow company standard operating procedures
- Use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues and stay within property budgets
Requirements:
- 3 years minimum experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of basic maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies (applications/software) and techniques.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Availability for on-call and emergency maintenance duties as needed.
