RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Duties of the position are not limited to but will include:Wiring to print and troubleshooting of low voltage AC/DC circuits and PLC components input/output devices.AC/DC drive motor troubleshooting and repairs. Maintenance of robotic manipulators, LED lighting, machine annunciators, warning lights and horns/bells as well as machine limits. Fabrication and installation of new conduit and wiring, plumbing, hose and metal tubing installation. General welding, cutting, sheet metal fabrication, machine lubrication, replacement of input/output devices, basic motor wiring and replacement will be routinely assigned duties. Implementation of Pro-Active Scheduled Maintenance including check lists and inventory maintenance and other duties as assigned by management. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: - The successful candidate should have a combination of education and experience which provides the required skill and knowledge to perform the job of Electro-Mechanical Maintenance.
- Typical qualifications would be the possession of a high school or trade school diploma, as an associate's degree in electrical, mechanical or equivalent training.Three to five years experience in an industrial / manufacturing maintenance environment.
- Basic Knowledge of automated machine systems, both electrical and mechanical aspects must be shown and may be required to be demonstrated.
- Skill in the use of basic shop tools and trouble shooting devices will be required.
- An ability to plan and work with other members of the maintenance and production teams is required.
- Maintenance employees will be fully trained on HAZMAT and act as members of the Emergency Response Team for the purpose of maintaining and replacing chemical processing and handling equipment.
- Additional training and periodic recertification will also be a part of the job to maintain and provide adequate employee protection.
- Working Conditions:Majority of time in a production environment and travel as needed.The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

- Working Schedule:Standard work hours will consist of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week on an assigned shift.Schedule hours may be altered as required by the training needs of employees or equipment breakdown.Ability to work overtime or irregular hours to include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as requested.
