Job DetailsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain compliance with all Company policies.Maintain personal compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and recommend measures to improve health and safety within the facility.Demonstrate safe work practices and follow company safety policies, procedures, and regulations including but not limited to Lock Out/Tag Out practices.Be an effective team player and work well with all other departments.Perform unplanned and planned (preventative and predictive) maintenance on production and facility equipment as required, utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to record work completed.Make recommendations for preventative/predictive maintenance tasks to improve efficiency, equipment availability, and performance. Complete small electrical and/or mechanical projects as directed by Team Lead or Supervisor.Repair and replace electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics, and electronic components such as motors, contractors, relays, timers, types of switches, PLCs, light curtains, motor controls, and valves as directed by Team Lead or Supervisor.Diagnose faults on electrical equipment or systems, which may involve complex interlocking, interrelated circuits, integrated systems, and complex sequencing.Diagnose complex electrical systems, mechanical components, pneumatic components, and controls to identify hazards, defects and need for adjustments, repairs, or programming.Examine, install, replace, and repair electronic wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, cable assemblies, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components.Support and perform installation, set up, modification, and relocation of equipment to accommodate or improve production requirements.Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.Interested in hearing more?
