This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and collaborating with the production team to minimize downtime.Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic equipment, and other manufacturing tools.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to maintain optimal equipment performance.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to reduce downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and implement solutions proactively.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machine performance and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certifications in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Experience with CNC machinery and troubleshooting complex equipment.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing practices and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
- Technical certifications in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing practices and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
