The organization was founded in 2008, out of one of the world's foremost photovoltaic research institutes, The University Center for Excellence in Photovoltaics at Georgia Tech, from research sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy. It has established itself as an innovation leader, having originated and licensed over 150 patents around solar cell development. They are seeking Maintenance Technicians to join their dynamic and diverse team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing crucial tasks related to the maintenance and functionality of highly technical electromechanical semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The candidate will work closely with other engineers, technicians, operators, and suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.Responsibilities: - Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize solar cell manufacturing tools, ensuring equipment uptime- Assist in designing and executing experiments to evaluate new materials, methods, and equipment for solar cell fabrication- Analyze process data and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation- Implement process control plans and monitor key performance indicators- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams and resolve process issues- Prepare and maintain process documentation, such as standard operating procedures, work instructions, and reportsBase salary, $70K - $80K, plus a 5% annual bonus, a 401k, life, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and PTO.Great opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding business Job 58033
