Job DescriptionOverview: A leading manufacturing facility is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of plant equipment, buildings, and grounds. The role involves troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the plant operates efficiently and safely. Candidates must have electro-mechanical experience and be comfortable working in a dynamic production environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs on production machinery and plant equipment.
  • Provide emergency repairs during production and conduct scheduled maintenance.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
  • Comply with OSHA safety and health regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience maintaining production machinery.
  • Basic computer skills and a valid driver's license.
  • Strong command of the English language (both oral and written).
  • Ability to solve practical problems and follow written and verbal instructions.
