Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established manufacturer in the Oxford area who is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a contract-hire opportunity working Monday-Thursday, 6am-4pm.Responsibilities:Install and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, conduit, and fuses, following NEC, NFPA, and OSHA regulations.Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues to minimize downtime.Perform preventive maintenance tasks to keep systems running efficiently and prevent deterioration.Operate forklifts to transport hazardous materials and relocate equipment as needed.Connect utilities such as electrical, compressed air, and water for new or relocated machinery.Conduct inspections of hazardous waste storage areas and ensure compliance with safety protocols.Requirements:Must have at least 2 years electrical experience.Must have experience with forklifts and other material-handling equipment.Must be familiar with preventive maintenance procedures and safety protocols, including lockout/tagout practices.PLC experience preferred.
