Position Title: Maintenance Technician Wage: $30.00/Hour Shift: Weekend Night Shift Hours: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday,QPS Employment Group has a great Weekend Night Shift opportunity available for Maintenance Technician at a company in Sheboygan, WI. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:- Repairing operations equipment in a timely manner through root cause analysis- Completing machine enhancement projects- Utilizing maintenance software to track work progress and materials to ensure timely completion of work orders- Collaborating with process improvement and process support to identify and document major equipment issues and establishing plans for corrective actions as well as reduce scrap and increasing productivity- Troubleshooting and repairing all machinery and process related deficiencies using electrical/mechanical knowledge- Occasional tooling fabricationRequirements For Maintenance Technician:- High school diploma or equivalent- 5 years experience in industrial maintenance- Knowledge of TPM, preventive maintenance, equipment efficiency metrics and measures- Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, manuals, and technical documentation- PLC experience preferredQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
