- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
- Conduct diagnostics and repairs on production machinery to resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
- Utilize blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to identify issues and determine solutions.
- Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and safety.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with VFDs, PLCs, and HMIs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Familiarity with lockout/tagout (LOTO) and other safety procedures.
