Job DescriptionThe Grow Room Control Technician (FC) oversees environmental and equipment variables in our grow rooms. Reporting to the Horticulture Team Leader, they monitor operations from seeding to harvest, ensuring smooth functioning. This role involves interfacing with equipment, troubleshooting, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and comfortable with technology. They operate with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities- Monitor environmental and equipment variables in grow rooms.

Work EnvironmentThe facility has two areas: one is warm and humid at 80 degrees, the other is cold at 35 degrees. You are required to wear PPE provided by the company, including a facemask in the GMP/food production areas. The shift is nights from 6 PM to 6 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule with alternating weekends.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
