General Purpose:
Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on all mechanical systems at the plant including utility systems, process systems, and waste handling systems.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete SAP reporting
- Operate, troubleshoot, and repair plant systems according to DFA procedures
- Perform required preventative maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and filter changes according to DFA maintenance procedures
- Participate in plant projects and expansions
- Follow safety, GMP, HACCP, and all other plant policies and procedures
- Attend scheduled training sessions
- Provide communication to all support team members by following proper escalation procedures
- Back fill team member absences with overtime as required
- Demonstrate success in tool ownership in a 24 x 7 manufacturing environment
- Work within budget, while completing timely repairs
- Perform root cause analysis
- Maintain repairs within departmental budget

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Verifiable maintenance experience
- 3-5 years of mechanical experience and maintenance
- Certification and/or License -- None
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong Analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of general mechanical
- Strong computer skills
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
