From keeping track of maintenance through our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects, you'll have a hand in everything that keeps our restaurants in top-notch condition. Get ready to roll up your sleeves, solve problems, and streamline processes that keep our KFCs crispy and our operations smooth!What You'll Be Serving Up:
- Manage the implementation, automation, and training of the CMMS system.
- Respond to store-level maintenance issues and repair MEP requests as needed.
- Collaborate with Operations and Finance on process improvement and vendor management.
- Keep track of equipment and manage asset tagging via the CMMS system.
- Maintain and support the capital improvements plan and repair/maintenance strategies.
- Manage equipment replacements and minor repairs through work order approvals.
- Conduct routine site audits for closed stores and excess properties, ensuring documentation is up to date.
- Support proactive planning and response for catastrophic events.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure agreements mitigate business risks.
The Ingredients You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or technical certifications in facility maintenance preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with building construction components, especially MEP.
- 2+ years in restaurant, retail, or institutional facilities management.
- Experience with CMMS or project management control systems.
- Strong financial understanding, including P&L and budgeting.
- Ability to problem-solve with urgency and adaptability.
- Flexibility to travel up to 25%.
