We are looking for Experienced Maintenance Technicians to complete our 5812 Maintenance Team!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
* Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
* Create excellence in customer service through ticket resolution.
* Execute duties in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
* Produce move-in ready apartments through renovations and repairs.
* General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.
* Assist in snow removal as necessary.
* Work on a rotating on call schedule.
* Perform other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Maintenance Experience or trade school education
* HVAC certification is required
* Advanced knowledge and skills in electrical, plumbing, and appliances
* Driver's License and valid car insurance
* Personal, reliable transportation
* Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
* Ability to speak, read, and write English
* Proficient computer skills; comfortable with apps and software
* Possess basic hand tools or can acquire them
* Service mentality and a thirst for learning
* Positive Can-Do Attitude
* Excellent Attendance
Job Types: Full-time
Salary: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule:
* Monday-Friday
* 8AM - 5PM
* May need to work overtime
* On-call rotation required
