Dalton Box, a TRG company and affiliate of Schwarz Partners, currently has an exciting opportunity available for a 1st shift Maintenance Multi-Craft Technician at our Dalton, GA facility!As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining all converting equipment to minimize downtime. - Multi-craft technician.
- Willing to work all necessary hours, including OT.
- Maintain and repair equipment to ensure peak equipment performance.
- Complete all work orders in a timely manner.
- Observe safety and security procedures; Report potentially unsafe conditions; Use equipment and materials properly.
- Complete all paperwork neatly, correctly, and in accordance with Company guidelines.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Detail oriented, organized and dependable with time management skills.
- Knowledge of equipment design and capabilities and the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Forklift certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Energetic, motivated, and dependable worker who is dedicated to the job and team.
- Ability to function as a mature, professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates.
- Willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team.
- Minimum of two-three years of maintenance experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
