This position will own facilities maintenance as well as maintenance of our automated assembly equipment to support our operation. Schedule:3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday; 10:00pm-6:00am (8hr shift) ***Saturday production is Mandatory for all Operational staff if scheduled by customer (starts Friday night at 10:00pm)*** ******Must be willing to cover other shifts as production and scheduling changes arise******** Benefits:Competitive medical, vision, dental benefits and 401k benefits.Career growth - opportunity doesn t stop once you are in the door!Referral Bonus for friends and family!Employee discounts!Safe workplace, team environment, and management who cares!About the RoleHow you will contributePerform diversified duties to maintain facilities and the plant s facilities equipment, including but not limited to; dock doors, racking equipment, appliances, generators, railings/guards, signage and assembly equipment.Provide on-call or emergency/unscheduled repairs of facilities and/or equipment during production and scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service/preventative maintenance.Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic; troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities as issues arise.Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments or recommend subcontractors to address such problems.Track and report out to various stakeholders on downtime notes and assembly robot details.Other duties as assigned. Your Key QualificationsPosition requires a high school diploma. A college degree is preferred but not required, skills and experience will be considered.Basic understanding of robots programming (use of teach pendant etc.)Basic understanding of PLC programming.Understanding of preventative maintenance tasks for robotic equipment.Experience performing facility and equipment related maintenance in a large facility. Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus.Experience working with a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and material handling equipment.Must be comfortable and willing to utilize a scissor lift (with training and certification).CompensationDP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
