Essential job functions and responsibilities:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Assist in the performance of all maintenance duties including service requests, and apartment turnover functions
* Knowledge of plumbing and electrical
* HVAC experience/certification preferred but not required
* Able to salt/shovel snow if needed
* On-call rotation with additional compensation
* Basic hand tools required
* Must be reliable
* Team player - Teamwork is our foundation
* Maintain clean and safe work environment
* Other duties as assigned
