This position involves performing repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, as well as addressing work orders, conducting preventative maintenance to ensure the property remains in excellent condition. The Maintenance Technician will also assist with apartment turnovers, maintain the grounds and common areas, and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
